Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $13.00 (Australia-wide)

International Shipping: At this stage, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within Australia.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to track the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please include any relevant photos of damaged goods to help expedite the process.

PRE ORDER POLICY:

  • Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. By making the full payment, you secure your item for the upcoming availability.
  • Refund Policy: Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed. Please ensure that you are confident in your purchase before completing the payment.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated Shipping Date: The estimated shipping timeframe for pre-ordered items is 60 days from the date of your order. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may be subject to unforeseen delays. We will notify you of any changes to the shipping date.
  • Shipping Delays: In the event of any delays beyond our control (e.g., supplier or manufacturing issues), we will keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No Cancellation: Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once the pre-order window has closed and payment has been processed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • Consumer Rights in Australia: Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards. In these cases, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
  • Significant Delays or Inability to Fulfill: If we experience significant delays or are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you with available options, including a refund if applicable.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs for orders within Australia will be calculated at checkout and added to your total.

5. Product Changes or Modifications

  • Product Updates: If there are any significant changes to the design or features of the pre-ordered item before shipping (such as updates to materials, features, or colors), we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to accept the modified version or select an alternative product.
  • Discontinued Products: In the rare event that the product you pre-ordered is discontinued, we will offer you a full refund or the option to select an alternative product.
